About the Role


Our client, a leading clinic in Henley-upon-Thames, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Physiotherapist to join their expanding team. This role is perfect for a physiotherapist with a positive attitude, strong values, and excellent interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise junior physiotherapists.

- Manage a varied clinical physiotherapy caseload.

- Deliver services and clinical interventions, including assessments, treatments, individual or group rehab, educational seminars, Pilates, acupuncture, and sports massage.

- Maintain professional standards and adhere to CSP, HCPC, ACPOHE, ACPSM, AACP, and clinic policies.

- Commit to ongoing professional development and maintain contemporary records.

- Utilise the clinic’s online notes and billing system (PPS).

- Participate in in-service and mandatory training programs.

- Share knowledge and contribute to training, educational, and promotional initiatives.

- Undertake audit projects relevant to the clinical role.

- Complete all patient reports timely.

- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

- Communicate effectively with colleagues, staff, patients, GPs, and local consultants.

- Embrace innovation and technological advances in service delivery.

- Travel to home visits as required (a full driving license and own transport are desirable but not essential).
