Constructive Moves are sourcing applications for a Technical Coordinator to join an established technical department within their Cambridgeshire office.

In this role you will manage design elements on new build housing schemes in the region and need to demonstrate experience of technical knowledge, including a good working knowledge of the Highways & Drainage, Building Regulations, NHBC Standards, Planning, and Affordable Housing

Duties will include:

Control of the design process
Managing external consultants
Communications with statutory and local authorities as well as Client/Housing Associations.
Ensure the designs complies to all necessary legislation, associated standards of company specification, policy, and procedures.
