**Microsoft Dynamics Technical Analyst**
A great new opportunity has become live for a Microsoft Dynamics Technical Analyst to join a market leader in Banking software to support the ongoing management, integrations and improvements to key business information systems, including Microsoft DynamicsCE.
This is more of a stand-alone automatous role where you’ll liaise with all areas of the business to understand the requirements, configure the system, and manage the diagnosis and resolution of support issues.
**Responsibilities of the Microsoft Dynamics Technical Analyst**:

- Ensure the day-to-day operation and availability of the internal MS Dynamics 365 CE system is fit for purpose
- Planning and testing for Microsoft D365 updates to ensure uninterrupted internal system availability
- Analyse new internal business requirements and detail them in technical specifications for approval
- Perform gap analysis between internal requirements and the functionality within Prepare and lead workshops with the key users
- Coordination and project management of the internal CRM improvement task force

**The successful Microsoft Dynamics Technical Analyst will have/be**:

- Background in consulting, focusing on a Dynamics CE system (Or BC, FO etc)
- Prior experience configuring and implementing D365 CE
- Microsoft SQL experience and knowledge
- End-to-end project lifecycle experience
- Microsoft Dynamics CE Certifications (desirable)
