We are looking for a passionate and proactive Associate Product Manager Intern to join our team and play a pivotal role in building features that deliver exceptional value to our partners and users.


Role Overview


As an APM Intern at Grozeo, you will work closely with Product Manager to gain hands-on experience in product development, strategy, and execution. This role provides the opportunity to immerse yourself in user-centric product development, refine your analytical skills, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • • Conduct User Research: Understand retailer pain points, customer preferences, and market trends to shape product features.
  • • Track Product Metrics: Monitor and analyse the performance of key Grozeo features and identify improvement opportunities.
  • • Write User Stories: Develop clear and concise user stories that reflect user needs and align with business goals.
  • • Manage Product Backlog: Prioritise, organise, and refine tasks to ensure alignment with Grozeo’s roadmap and objectives.
  • • Collaborate with Teams: Work with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • • Support Sprint Activities: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth product delivery.
  • • Market Research: Assist in competitor analysis and identify opportunities for Grozeo to stay ahead in the retail tech space.~


Requirements

  • • Education: Completed or Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related fields.
  • • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
  • • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • • Problem-Solving: Creative thinking and resourcefulness to address challenges in product development.
  • • Team Player: Comfortable collaborating across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Technical Know-How: Basic understanding of product management tools and Agile methodologies.


Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to or interest in retail and e-commerce solutions.

• Familiarity with customer journey mapping and user experience (UX) design.

• Enthusiasm for building tech-driven solutions for real-world problems.
