Head of Growth

We are seeking a data-driven Head of Growth for our client. The role is a fully remote B2B arrangement, with occasional travels to the US and Canada. This role involves crafting and refining marketing strategies to boost business growth and brand presence. The ideal candidate should excel in digital marketing, data analytics, and understanding consumer behaviour. Previous experience in the E-Commerce industry would make you a stand-out candidate for this role. Key responsibilities include scaling digital marketing initiatives, enhancing customer acquisition and retention, and meeting revenue targets.

Your role involves managing and expanding a team of marketing professionals to reach ambitious growth targets and overseeing the growth and digital marketing budget for optimal resource allocation
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product, customer service, and finance. Enhance and safeguard the company's digital brand presence.
- Discover new growth opportunities and cutting-edge digital marketing trends to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
- Align growth strategies with the company's overarching business objectives.
- Supervise the development, execution, and management of digital marketing campaigns, covering SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Ensure data-driven, targeted campaigns optimized for maximum ROI.
- Utilize analytics tools for tracking, measuring, and reporting on marketing effectiveness.
- Offer insights and recommendations based on data analysis to fine-tune marketing strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to grasp the competitive landscape, customer needs, and industry trends. Utilize data for informed decision-making and spotting growth opportunities.
- Regularly review performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure sustainable growth by refining marketing funnels and enhancing customer lifetime value.
- Analyze user behaviour data to unveil improvement opportunities and expansions. Present detailed marketing data to stakeholders, showcasing growth insights

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with 5 years in leadership roles focused on demand generation, growth marketing, or B2C/B2B business models.
- Proven success in developing and executing growth marketing strategies.
- Expertise in increasing subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention while managing costs effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects.
- Familiarity with various marketing tools and analytics.
- Proficiency in campaign development and execution.
- English - fluent/native level
Skills
- Strong grasp of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in web analytics, SEO tools, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
- The data-driven mindset translates insights into actions, reduces acquisition costs, and boosts customer lifetime value.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, adept at remote/virtual team management.
- Experience in using data for decision-making.
- Preference for SaaS/tech E-Commerce industry experience.
