London Area, United Kingdom Keepit Full time

How would you help us leverage the full potential of data-driven strategies to fuel our global expansion?

Keepit is looking for a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to join our Global Revenue Operations Team.

We’re experiencing rapid growth and are determined to use our momentum to bring our SaaS cloud-based backup Services for Office 365, Azure AD, Dynamics, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Google to a global audience. Therefore, we are looking for a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to join our Global Revenue Operations team and help us leverage data to interpret, understand, and make business crucial data-driven decisions that will fuel our future growth.

As a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our revenue operations leaders, and our Global VP of Revenue Operations in particular, on a variety of different tasks, expanding our collective bandwidth and our ability to help our global sales organization run smoothly and make data-informed decisions.

Central tasks as a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations with Keepit will include:

  • Assist our Global VP of revenue operations in handling requests and executive presentations.
  • Provide guidance and training to our Revenue Operations leaders to ensure they deliver data-driven, commercially focused business consulting to support the sales organization.
  • Help us optimizing sales processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and best practices. This includes identifying and resolving bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and implementing automation tools to improve sales efficiency.
  • Data Analysis & Modeling – Help us in understanding the differing perspectives, how we can leverage data to answer critical questions for the business, and provide insights and accountability across the Go-To-Market Organization. Further, modeling for forecasting, churn, compensation, and planning to name a few is essential for this role.

You will join our growing Revenue Operations Team consisting of competent sales professionals and tech entrepreneurs and you will refer to Global VP of Revenue Operations, Jesse Morris. At Keepit, we take pride in being an equal-opportunity employer and recognize how a diverse workplace strengthens our product, customer relationships, and work culture.

A fair and transparent recruitment process

We recognize that it is just as important that you choose us as your future workplace, as it is that we choose you as the most qualified candidate. We firmly believe in cultivating a culture of belonging – and this process begins right from the recruitment process. Therefore, to be fair and transparent, we will present the criteria that will be used to assess you as a candidate, should you choose to explore this opportunity with us:

1. Business Consulting with a player-coach mindset: An essential part of this role is to coach and support our Revenue Operations leaders in delivering commercial business consulting to the sales organization. The ideal candidate will embody a player-coach mentality, combining strong leadership and coaching skills with a hands-on approach to driving excellence. You will mentor our Revenue Operations leaders on delivering effective business consulting to sales leaders, while also actively participating in streamlining and managing various revenue operations projects across the organization.

2. Project Management: The ideal candidate will excel in managing commercial projects by effectively handling requests to find, analyze, and deliver actionable insights from sales data. They should be skilled in identifying relevant data, assessing its value, and providing clear, impactful insights to stakeholders in a timely manner.

3. Commercial Understanding of a SaaS Partner setup: The ideal candidate has a solid commercial understanding of sales processes in SaaS companies. This entails planning sales strategies, conducting sales analysis, and having a flair for sales process optimization. The strong candidate knows how to manage deal desk operations to streamline the sales process and support our sales teams in closing deals efficiently. We operate on a ‘partner first’ business strategy and having some knowledge with such a setup will be advantageous.

4. Stakeholder Management: In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal key stakeholders with the agenda of aligning our global business goals. This requires highly adept stakeholder management skills to tune in and align with different perspectives and agendas.

5. Technical Expertise: This role requires good knowledge of our commercial tool-stack, particularly Salesforce, to take part in the planning- and implementation of improvements in our workflows and supporting our sales representatives in the systems.

6. Entrepreneurial Spirit: We are growing fast and looking for people who are motivated by a potential big impact on our organization and achievements. The ideal candidate takes ownership and can think outside the box to overcome the challenges that come from building new setups and defining processes and structure where there might not be one yet. In a scale-up environment we must quickly pivot in new directions if strategies change. At the same time, we strive to protect and nurture our strong work-communities and the unique Keepit-culture.

Keepit is a fast-growing IT scale-up with 22+ years of experience in software and data protection. Our mission is to help companies around the world protect and manage their cloud-based data.
