We are looking for a driven and experienced Revenue Manager with a background in branded hotels to spearhead revenue strategy across our boutique hotel cluster and an exciting new property launch. Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead revenue strategies for our boutique hotel portfolio and our new property.

Optimise pricing through dynamic rate management, length of stay restrictions, and other strategies based on demand and market insights.

Monitor market trends and competitor pricing, making adjustments to maximise revenue.

Ensure smooth and accurate rate management across all booking platforms, including third-party, direct, and corporate channels.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align pricing strategies with promotions and group bookings.

Analyse market data, booking patterns, and occupancy forecasts to make revenue-optimising decisions.

Track and report key performance metrics to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Provide detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and market trend reports for senior management.

Lead revenue planning for the new property, setting pricing and sales strategies for a successful launch.

Support and enhance business performance with timely and precise reporting.

Work with the Director of Sales and Marketing to create and deliver an annual Sales & Marketing Plan through the commercial team.

What We’re Looking For


Branded Hotel Experience: Minimum of 5 years in revenue management within branded hotels, with a deep understanding of brand standards, market positioning, and pricing strategies.


Proven Success: Demonstrated record of driving revenue growth in branded properties.

Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to transform insights into actionable strategies.


Collaborative Leadership: Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to achieve commercial goals.


Technical Expertise: Skilled in Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Property Management Systems (PMS), and distribution channels.


Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies to non-technical team members.


Adaptability: Comfortable working across boutique and larger branded environments, with a results-driven focus.
