As a GTM Engineer, you’ll be responsible for building and optimizing the revenue engine that powers the GTM strategy. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure systems and processes are aligned to drive growth, improve efficiency, and maximise performance.


What You’ll Do:


  • Tech Stack Management: Design, implement, and manage the tech stack across GTM functions (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, etc.).
  • Data Flow & Reporting: Create and maintain data pipelines and reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights into key revenue metrics and pipeline performance.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine workflows that enable the GTM team to operate smoothly, scale efficiently, and hit targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to understand their needs and create the tools and systems that support their success.
  • Revenue Enablement: Build and deliver dashboards, reporting systems, and tools to help the team track progress and align on key goals.


What You Bring


  • 3+ years in a GTM, RevOps, or technical operations role within a SaaS or tech company.
  • Strong experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, SQL, and BI platforms.
  • Solid technical expertise, including experience with API integrations, data automation, and scripting.
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on solving complex operational challenges.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in an early-stage startup or fast-growing environment is a plus.
