Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and strategic Operations Manager to join our fast-growing team. As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the agency, ensuring that PPC campaigns are executed smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with leadership, account managers, and the PPC team to optimize processes, manage client projects, and ensure the success of our PPC campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Efficiency:
  • Develop, implement, and refine operational processes to ensure seamless execution of PPC campaigns for clients.
  • Streamline workflows to enhance team performance, minimize delays, and improve overall productivity.
  • Oversee the use of project management tools and systems to track the progress and status of PPC campaigns.
  1. Team Leadership & Management:
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategies for team growth, performance, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including PPC specialists, account managers, analysts, and creatives.
  • Ensure efficient communication between departments to ensure campaigns are executed effectively, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
  • Cultivate a high-performance, collaborative team culture that encourages growth and development.
  1. Client & Project Management:
  • Work closely with account managers to ensure client expectations are met and that PPC campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance, budgets, and timelines.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure PPC campaigns are executed successfully.
  • Address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
  1. Data & Performance Reporting:
  • Monitor PPC performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Provide clients and internal teams with regular performance reports, identifying key successes and areas for optimization.
  • Analyze data trends to suggest improvements for campaigns, processes, and client strategies.
  1. Budgeting & Resource Allocation:
  • Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently across client projects.
  • Ensure that PPC campaign budgets are managed effectively, optimizing for client ROI without exceeding allocated costs.
  1. Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
  • Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Identify opportunities to implement new tools, automation, or strategies to improve PPC campaign performance and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for scaling the agency’s PPC services and improving internal processes.


 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or a similar role within a digital marketing agency specializing in PPC.
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Strong understanding of PPC campaign management, including keyword research, bidding strategies, ad copy creation, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines.
  • Proficient in using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and PPC management platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
