The role:


As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing service delivery to high-profile customers using a managed service platform. Key responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships, managing performance, and ensuring operational service targets and contractual compliance. You will act as the customers' voice internally, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve issues, leading service reviews, and ensuring adherence to service management principles. Additionally, you will support IT strategy execution, identify growth opportunities, monitor hardware and software renewals, and continuously seek improvements to service delivery and performance.


The candidate:


  • 2+ years experience in service delivery management within an MSP or IT Reseller environment.
  • Demonstrated success in a service delivery management role.
  • Proven experience managing corporate clients.
  • ITIL intermediate qualification is preferred but not required; additional technical or service operations certifications are an advantage.
