Influencer Outreach Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit new Missy influencers
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing influencers
  • Negotiate and execute influencer collaborations and partnerships
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns
  • Ensure that all influencer content meets the brand's standards and guidelines
  • Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to develop influencer marketing plans


Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of up to £22,500 per year
  • Mon - Fri, 9am - 5:30pm (with an hour unpaid Lunch)
  • 28 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
  • 40% staff discount.
  • Office Based Role


The role will also include KPIs of weekly tagged content of 120 influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, to ensure that goals are met and targets achieved.
