About The Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at The Hut Group. As a key member of our central nutrition Influencer & Activations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with top-tier influencers, driving brand awareness, and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand growth and engagement.
  • Manage a portfolio of top-tier influencers, including outreach, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with social media teams to deliver channel-specific talent requirements.
  • Ensure all influencer partnerships comply with legal regulations and company guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in relationship management and/or marketing roles requiring strong communication skills.
  • Proven understanding of influencer marketing and its role in driving brand awareness and commercial value.
  • Strong project management and organization skills, with the ability to execute successful projects.
  • Experience working in a team and people management.
