Generating revenue in excess of £30 million annually whilst growing profits year-on-year, we’re one of the UK’s fastest-growing, privately owned businesses. Our first physical store opens in 2023, signing a 10-year lease for our flagship retail space at 354 Oxford Street, London.


Role Overview

As the Ecommerce Coordinator – Website & App, you will define and implement a high-performing strategy to maximise revenue and improve customer experience across our website and app. Identifying opportunities for growth and optimisation, you’ll work collaboratively with Marketing, Buying, Merchandising & Operations to lead our ecommerce success.


The Day to Day

Ownership of coordinating the website & app development roadmap.

Managing the external development team.

Continually improving the website & app with industry leading UX/design.

Setting and driving successful strategies for CRO & SEO.

Reporting and analytics, with actionable insights.


You Should Apply If

Passionate about creating industry leading customer experiences.

Problem solving aptitude, with strong organisational capability and attention to detail.

At least 2 years’ experience in a Product Owner or similar role.

Experience managing internal or external development teams.

Experience with Shopify.

Solid technical understanding and knowledge of UX, CRO & SEO.


The Interview Process

Stage 1 – Internal Recruiter call (15 mins)

Stage 2 – initial chat (30 mins) an introductory conversation with the hiring manager to learn more about yourself and your experience, and for you to find out more about the role.

Stage 3 – formal interview (60 mins) the final stage is a case study and management interview with the hiring manager.
