About the Role:

The Candidate Recruitment Agency is seeking an Ecommerce Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of our luxury retail client. As an Ecommerce Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our client's online presence and driving website growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Trading Performance Analysis: You will have a strong understanding of trading performance, including traffic behavior and conversion triggers, and provide insights to the team.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including coordination of meetings associated with ecommerce, technology, and development.
  • Ecommerce Website Maintenance: You will assist with the day-to-day maintenance and development of our client's ecommerce websites.
  • Project Tracking and Roadmap Management: You will be responsible for feedback gathering, project tracking, and roadmap management.
  • Web Analytics: You will use web analytics tools and work with the Dev and Insight Team to monitor performance of all key elements of the website.
  • Full Site Audits: You will conduct full site audits to ensure all current stock is displayed online correctly.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar ecommerce role and project coordination, particularly in the technical and digital space.
  • Technical Skills: Good understanding of Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, analytics tools, and Adobe.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of key trends, seasonality, banner clicks, traffic behavior, and conversion triggers.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with other team members and departments.
  • Passion and Drive: Passionate and target-driven individual.
