I am currently looking for a Human Resources Assistant for a premium private members club based in central London As the Human Resources Officer, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the company's human resources initiatives.


By championing the company's HR policies and procedures, you will contribute to maintaining a culture of respect, fairness, and compliance within the business.



Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarise new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Prepare and maintain onboarding materials, including employee handbooks and training materials.
  • Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and updating HR databases.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and staff.
  • Assist in the resolution of employee conflicts and grievances, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion programs.
