What your responsibilities will be:

  • Be the Driving Force: Can you see yourself leading two high-profile accounts—one a traditional offline retailer, the other an online powerhouse?
  • Fuel Strategic Growth: Imagine doubling the retail side of the business over the next four years. Do you have the vision to make it happen?
  • Own Complexity: Do you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and managing detailed costings, customized product ranges, and over 300 SKUs across bedding, pet products, and more?
  • Build Relationships: Could you be the go-to expert for multiple key buyers, earning their trust and driving collaborative success?
  • Lead the Numbers Game: Are you confident managing P&L, diving into spreadsheets, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations?


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced: Have you worked as a Retail NAM, Junior NAM, or National Account Executive (NAE)? Experience with Top 4 retailers is a bonus, but any retail experience is welcome.
  • Driven & Independent: Are you a self-starter who thrives on setting your own agenda and seeing it through to success?
  • Detail-Oriented: Are you Excel-savvy, meticulous with data, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts?
  • Commercially Minded: Do you have a strong understanding of P&L and the wider supply chain?
  • Collaborative & Adaptable: Can you build lasting relationships and navigate the challenges of a fast-paced, evolving environment?
