Role Overview: In this role, you will collaborate with an internal team that will provide briefings and guidance as you grow into the position. You will work alongside external user acquisition (UA) agencies to plan and execute campaigns, as well as independently manage our internal campaigns. You will also work closely with creative teams to develop marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.


Responsibilities:

  • Scaling UA profitably.
  • Developing a hypothesis-driven creative testing strategy.
  • Planning and managing campaigns and monthly budgets.
  • Monitoring, logging, and reporting on key UA performance data.
  • Reporting on creative performance.


Qualifications:

  • Degree Required: A degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or a related discipline.
  • Experience with analytic tools and spreadsheets
  • A performance-driven approach, comfortable in your ability to analyse data and make decisions based on that analysis.
  • A positive and creative mindset. (This is essential - so you’ve got to enjoy this kind of data-driven role)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proven capacity to theorise and substantiate conclusions using detailed data analysis.
  • Ability to work autonomously when required.


Helpful but not essential

  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Some experience in managing UA campaigns within the industry is beneficial, especially with TCGs, card, and midcore titles.
