Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the company's financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and maximise efficiency
Analyse financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
Lead and manage the budgeting process
Formulation of annual budgets and targets
Coordinate and present financial statements and regulatory reporting
Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information
Review of accounts and investigation of variances then setting recovery plans.
Insurance/risk management
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
Recruitment of Office administration personnel.
Provide and review Training requirements for office / administration personnel.
Provide support and encouragement in Finance and Administration process improvements.
Provide support in providing information relating to Carbon reduction activity within the company.Qualifications:
ACCA Qualified
Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role
Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practises
Advanced proficiency in financial software and systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
