The Position
The Office Manager & Executive Assistant is a dual role, responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, and assisting our Founders & Senior Leadership Team.
This position ensures smooth operations of both offices, manages supplies and equipment, coordinates meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
Track project progress and provide regular updates and summary reports to the Senior Leadership Team
Provide high-level administrative & EA support to the Senior Leadership Team, including our Founders, Jyotin, Karam and Sunaina Sethi
Track IT equipment distribution and ensure seamless asset allocation. Coordinate the disposal of obsolete IT equipment in compliance with company policies
Liaise with service providers and the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and cost-effective services
Implement and oversee office policies and procedures in collaboration with the People Team
Oversee maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities – ProNett
The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and discretion, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the head office operations. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) general IT skills and use of systems with an interest in tech problem solving
Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadline
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving with a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
