Previous automotive experience isn't essential; what matters most is your dedication to delivering exceptional customer service, your proactive approach, and your enthusiasm for the dynamic nature of the role.
What you will be doing
• Schedule and confirm servicing appointments for customers via phone and email, ensuring seamless coordination between customers and the workshop team.
• Provide expert advice on any necessary repairs or additional services, confidently upselling additional work, and products, where appropriate, and serving as the main point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle's service journey from technical problems, and warranties through to services and repairs.
• Keep customers informed with regular updates and consultative guidance on any required or ongoing repair work.
• Prepare and explain customer invoices, discuss completed work and proactively schedule future appointments for vehicle maintenance or servicing.
We are looking for the following.
• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Competence in Microsoft packages.
•Flexibility in working patterns, including the ability to work weekends on a rotational basis, where appropriate.
