Your Role:
As the Finance Business Partner, you will lead a team of Finance Analysts and Cost Accountants, partnering closely with operations to deliver insightful, accurate financial support. You'll be a key player in an integrated finance function that is essential to the success of the entire site.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive financial support to operations, delivering precise and actionable insights.
Lead your team by setting high standards and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
Manage risks and opportunities proactively, ensuring robust financial systems are in place to meet future demands.
Play a pivotal role in the Group's planning and budgeting process, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Drive the successful integration of the finance module in the business-wide S&OP process.
Presenting to the Senior Team requires confident communication skills and needs an intuitive and investigate approach.
Being comfortable to be in and amongst the operation, working with line managers in the business getting into the detail and thinking around the daily challenges every manufacturing business faces.
What You Bring:
A strong background in finance roles within deadline-driven manufacturing environments.
Demonstrable leadership and team-building skills with a focus on accountability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the emotional intelligence to lead effectively and build strong relationships across the business.
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience in larger, multi-site businesses is a plus.
