About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to lead the development and go-to-market strategy for our new Regulatory Workflow SaaS Tool. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements within the gambling and payments industries and a proven track record of bringing SaaS products to market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong project management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision:

  • Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for the Regulatory Workflow SaaS Tool.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the gambling and payments sectors.
  • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with Vixio’s strategic goals.

Product Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and compliance, to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and business objectives.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market plan, including pricing, positioning, and promotion strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Create and deliver compelling product presentations and demos to internal and external stakeholders.

Customer Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with key customers and industry experts to gather insights and feedback.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations related to the product.
  • Analyze customer usage data and feedback to inform product improvements and future development.

Regulatory Knowledge:

  • Stay current with regulatory requirements and changes in the gambling and payments industries.
  • Ensure the product complies with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Educate internal teams on regulatory trends and their impact on the product.


Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on SaaS and regulatory compliance products.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing B2B SaaS products to market.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and workflows in the gambling or payments industries.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha
  • Understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
