My client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join a vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, be proficient in the latest industry software, and have a keen eye for detail. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician: 
Produce detailed construction drawings, plans, and technical documentation.
Assist in the preparation of planning applications and building regulations submissions.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and other team members to develop and refine project designs.
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather accurate project data.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and standards.
Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Support the project team in managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.Requirements for this Architectural Technician role: 
A relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
