Architectural Technician Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team at Pertemps TM. As an Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in preparing drawings, plans, and construction drawings for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed drawings and plans for construction projects
  • Develop 3D models and visualisations to communicate design concepts
  • Administer contracts and produce specifications for construction projects
  • Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning laws
  • Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
  • Utilise AutoCAD and Adobe Suite software to create technical drawings and presentations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals
  • Have a strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning laws
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Architectural Technician or in a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Suite software
  • Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning laws
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
