Architectural Technician Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team at Pertemps TM. As an Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in preparing drawings, plans, and construction drawings for various projects. Your expertise in 3D modelling, visualisations, and presentations will be essential in communicating design ideas to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed drawings and plans for construction projects
  • Develop 3D models and visualisations to showcase design concepts
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
  • Ensure all drawings and documents meet UK building regulations and planning standards
  • Manage project timelines and deadlines to deliver high-quality results
  • Utilise AutoCAD and Adobe Suite to create and edit designs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in architectural drafting and design
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning laws
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
