Exciting opportunity to join a Planning, Environmental and Architectural consultancy based in a stunning location just outside of Cheltenham. 

The consultancy are looking for an Architectural Technician or Architect to join their small team working on some of the country’s most diverse and prestigious projects.

The role:
  • Preparing drawings, plans, construction drawings
  • 3D modelling, visualisations and presentations
  • Contract administration and producing specifications
  • Excellent UK building regulations and planning knowledge
  • Ensuring all deadlines are met to high standards
  • Experience using AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
  • Enthusiastic and self motivated approach
  • UK Based experience is essential
  • Access to own care due to being inaccessible on public transport links
