Skills/Experience:

* Responsible for leading the delivery of an innovative, robust, and future-proof global SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals management solution for a large, multi-national organisationn* Strong experience of 'hands on' SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management configuration, and knowledge and experience of integration into the rest of the SuccessFactors suite.n* Ability to plan, prepare and deliver design and playback workshopsn* Guide the customer on SF talent best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors product roadmapn* Ability to communicate effectively and manage a broad set of stakeholders at all levels within a client's organizationn* Lead the PMGM workstream across all phases of the project, working flexibly and incorporating a multi location delivery modeln* Certification in SuccessFactors PMGM and other talent modulesn* Experience of delivering SuccessFactors at large, complex organisations
