Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for clients, ensuring successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors products, including Employee Central, Recruitment, and Performance Management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement comprehensive HR solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, configuration, and customization.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other HR systems and processes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to clients on SAP SuccessFactors functionality and best practices.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with SAP Activate Methodology and DevOps.
  • Working knowledge of Integration Centre and CPI integrations.
  • Experience with custom BTP applications, SAP alliance, and other SAP partner products.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central.
  • Experience in implementing International Payroll.
  • Experience in delivering Greenfield Implementation with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience working with Public Sector Banks.
  • Experience in HR processes such as Core HCM, Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking and Management, Learning & Development, Succession, Payroll & Compensation, Performance Management & Goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to engage customers.
