Public Facilities Worker

On Monday and Tuesday, you will have the responsibility for the day to day running of the public toilets in Norwich city centre ,maintain the public eating areas and the upkeep of war memorial in the local area.
When working Saturday and Sundays you will be responsible for the day to day running of the public toilets in Norwich city centre car park, with this you will also have to walk round the car park and keep this clean and tidy.
Responsible for ensuring that the services are delivered and maintained to the highest standards across all areas of service delivery.
Flexibility is required as you will have the opportunity in the future to learn different departments, tasks, and equipment.
Shifts-
Monday and Tuesday 07:00AM-17:30PM and Saturday and Sundays 07:00AM to 14:30PM 34 hours per week
Pay: £12.00 Per Hour
Valid clean driving licence required for this role.
Duties will include-
Delivery of high-quality service to all customers.
To co-operate/communicate with customers whilst carrying out tasks.
Daily cleaning of public toilets including all areas , following cleaning Rota.
Clean down tables and empty bins in public eating areas.
Hard service cleaning IE, weeding, hoeing, sweeping.
First point of call for all situations that occur and to escalate any issues/concerns to Team Leader where required.
Compliance with Health & Safety regulations and Health & Safety training provided.
Other Duties
The duties listed are not exhaustive and may be varied therefore the post holder will be expected to undertake other duties as appropriate to the role and as requested by his/her line manager.
