The Role:
The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for:
* Achieving monthly and annual revenue and growth targets
* Promoting and delivering new service offerings
* Ensuring excellent customer service and communication
* Meeting volume requirements for incoming waste
* Developing strong internal relationships with Operations, Technical Sales, and Finance teams
* Supporting the Internal Sales Team with site visits
* Preparing and submitting monthly sales reports
* Identifying and developing new market opportunities
The Candidate:
The ideal Regional Account Manager will have:
* Proven track record of achieving sales growth against targets
* Strong negotiation skills with customers and suppliers
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* A Chemistry degree (advantageous)
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication skills at all levels
