Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of education recruitment consultants, ensuring they meet and exceed individual and team targets.
* Drive the expansion of the Company’s presence and influence within the SEND sector, strategically identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Maintain an extensive understanding of current market trends and competitor activity to aid in informed decision-making and strategy development.
* Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with schools, educational institutions, and SEND professionals to secure partnerships and repeat business.
* Implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a consistent and high-quality service provision to clients and candidates.
* Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs to enhance team performance and expertise.
* Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and support to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
* Uphold the Company’s values and standards, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Liaise closely with senior management to report on team achievements, market insights, and progress towards strategic goals.
* Partake in networking events, conferences, and other industry-related activities to increase brand visibility and expand professional connections.
About You:
* Proven experience in education recruitment, ideally with a focus on SEND.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
* A target-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving and surpassing business goals.
* Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of nurturing both new and existing client and candidate relationships.
* Experience in strategic planning and business development within the recruitment sector.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of the SEND market and educational staffing requirements.
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
