Commercial Property Manager
Location: Exeter
Job Type: Full-timeAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a RICS qualified Commercial Property Manager in Exeter. This role involves hands-on management of both residential and commercial properties and offers the chance to work within a diverse and expanding environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of property management tasks, including client reporting, landlord/tenant liaison, contractor appointments, rent collection, and complex service charge administration. There is also the opportunity to further develop the role.
Day to Day of the Role:
Manage a portfolio of commercial and residential properties.
Engage in direct communication and liaison with clients, landlords, and tenants.
Oversee the appointment of contractors and ensure the smooth operation of properties.
Handle rent collection and service charge administration effectively.
Provide regular reports to clients on property status and management activities.
Work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
RICS qualification with experience in managing commercial properties and service charges.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in financial matters and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with good time management skills.
