Manage a caseload of 7 families, providing high-quality support and intervention.
Undertake court-related duties, including public court cases and adoption proceedings.
Participate actively in core groups and ensure regular visits to families.
Collaborate with a dedicated team of social workers and deputy team managers (DTMs).Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in child protection and family intervention.
Ability to manage a caseload and meet the demands of court and adoption processes.
Strong commitment to the safety and well-being of children.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Our Team:
Current Team: 11 Social Workers (including 3 agency staff) with a target of 19-20 Social Workers.
Leadership: 3 Deputy Team Managers with plans to add one more DTM.
