Qualified Social Worker needed - Mental Health - North Wales - Stable contract for 2024/2025

We are thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity to join a Mental Health Team in North Wales as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW). Your expertise in mental health, adult safeguarding, and the Court of Protection would be a tremendous asset to their team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker with experience in the following areas:

Mental Health
Adult Safeguarding
Court of Protection cases and Capacity Assessments
Risk Management
Supporting Vulnerable Adults

Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: North Wales (Specifics can be discussed via the phone)

Hours: 9am - 5pm, 37 hours per week (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)

Team Composition: Multidisciplinary team including psychologists, community mental health nurses, and a psychiatrist

Caseload: A manageable caseload of service user's currently under secondary mental health care (Will provide a great opportunity to develop experience in lot's of major areas of adult services)

Duties: Includes one day of duty per week and managing a caseload of citizens under secondary mental health care as you see fit.

Compensation: Competitive rate available in line with the Welsh Pledge (To be discussed via the phone)

4 years+ experience within Adult Services, with a focus on CMHT.
Current DBS or registered on the update service.
Social Care Wales registered.
Availability to start within the next few weeks.
