Location: Bristol City Centre - Hybrid working available after induction training
Working hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday between 08:00-18:00

What skills you need.
A minimum of 12 months financial services complaint handling experience
Business Banking product experience would be beneficial
Excellent communication and people skills
Commitment to work at client's office in Bristol
Strong attention to detail
Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
