About the Role
DAS is seeking a skilled Case Handler to join our Claims Operations team on a fixed-term basis. As a Case Handler, you will be responsible for handling ongoing insurance claims, providing excellent customer care by ensuring fair and just decisions are made.
This is a great opportunity to showcase your ability to provide an efficient and exceptional service to our business partners and policyholders. You will work in a friendly and supportive team, with full training and development to help you meet your full potential.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with good customer service skills and the ability to manage the customer experience through the case lifecycle in an efficient and cost-effective way. Attention to detail and the ability to use a variety of telephony and computer packages are essential.
