We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Handler to join our team at Alexander Mae (Bristol) Ltd. As a Case Handler, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers in the delivery of high-quality legal services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and prioritize daily tasks to ensure timely completion of work
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless case progression
- Prepare and review documents, including witness statements and court papers
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and external parties
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track case progress
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a legal or administrative setting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary, contributory pension, group life insurance, private medical insurance, and a flexible benefits scheme. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, with some hybrid working arrangements available after 3 months. The role is based in Central Bristol, with no car parking available on site.
