Location: Portsmouth      
 
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience. 
 
Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for any queries or issues that may arise and deliver end to end outstanding customer service        
 
As a Call Handler you will be responsible for:
Making outbound sales calls to customers regarding manufacturing products.
Managing leads through the sales pipeline.
Take calls from customers regarding products for sale, fully explaining the product dealing with professional, industrial, and residential applications.
Maintain strong professional relationships, both internally and externally.
Support with trade show duties to promote products. 
Research the market and identify new customers. 
Provide weekly reports and summaries, to address feedback and quality concerns. 
Develop and maintain positive relations with clients and customers.
Be able to present and promote product demonstrations. The ideal Call Handler:  
Be a team player
Strong communication skills
Have strong attention to detail
Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades
