SALARY - £36,400 + Benefits

South WestThe role:
Ensure delivery against Key Performance Indicators by arranging and attending scheduled visits, and completing all required documentation.
Support, motivate, and coach learners throughout their apprenticeship program, ensuring timely completion of all components in accordance with awarding organisation, ESFA, and Ofsted requirements.
Monitor and review learner's progress in line with customer expectations.
Complete all required documentation to the correct standard and within agreed timelines.
Provide portfolio-building advice and guidance to learners based on their program requirements.
Effectively record, plan, and track individual learner progress in accordance with agreed paperwork and reporting processes.
What we need from you:
Industry related qualification at minimum level 3.
Minimum 5 year's experience in appropriate industry environment
Stakeholder management
For Security Clearance reasons to work this role you must have British citizenship or be a dual national with British citizenship
