Commercial Trainer/Assessor Opportunity

We are working closely with a further education training provider to recruit a permanent Commercial Trainer/Assessor. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing organization with a reputation for excellence and professional growth.

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of apprentices in team leading, management, customer service, business administration, employability, and supply chain. The role will involve a mix of remote and face-to-face sessions, with a focus on online delivery.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A relevant assessing qualification, such as TAQA or CAVA
  • Experience in managing a caseload of learners
  • A deep understanding of the apprenticeship levy
  • Previous experience with E-portfolio systems, such as Onefile or Smart Assessor
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • A driving licence and access to their own vehicle
