I am currently recruiting for a Compliance Engineer to work for a leading engineering organisation based in Peterborough. Salary up to £55,000.
The client is a leading engineering organisation that operate at the forefront of their market. They provide engineering solutions to a wide range of clients and industries, all of which varying in complexity. They have multiple sites across the UK and currently employ over 250 people on site, whilst being part of a larger group of around 1700 people. Whilst they are based in the UK, they also deliver their solutions into clients across the globe.
To cope with the current workload and in line with their expansion plans they the need to recruit for a Compliance Engineer on a permanent basis.
In this role as a Compliance Engineer you will execute engineering compliance programs, complete documentation, and liaise with the design team to develop policies. Conduct DSEAR inspections, organise compliance programs, and support clients in resolving issues. Document compliance through testing, inspections, and reports, and support Duty Holder in policy Improvement. Enhance the organisation's reputation by fulfilling new requests and adding value. Handle new service requests, mobilise compliance contracts, and research relevant standards and codes. Develop compliance plans by applying engineering concepts and techniques.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in a Compliance Engineer or similar
Understanding of ATEXDesirable Requirements
