MCS is looking for Valuations Coordinators to join its Peterborough offices, based in Glinton, to provide efficient support to move engineering jobs through to invoicing with correct costings.

This role is for someone who has a high-level attention to detail, is process-driven and proactively looks to effectively communicate with both internal and external contacts to achieve its goal of securing correct valuations through team working.

McIntyre Compliance Services is a trusted compliance safety company carrying out tests / services to make sure customers properties are safe and meet current legislations. We currently maintain, service and repair over 70000 housing association and local authority properties across the UK.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for processing completed jobs and invoice to meet and exceed billing targets
- Meet KPIs that have been set to measure your performance
- Review all quoted work prior to billing to ensure it is billed profitably and that all variations have been captured and billed appropriately
- Liaise with operational teams to ensure that engineers are providing sufficient narrative detail on jobs so that the customer can be informed appropriately and billing matches against the work carried out
- Support the operational teams to continuously drive down levels of WIP
- Resolve customer invoice queries within agreed timescales

- A high degree of commercial acumen is essential
- Intermediate level in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under your own initiative to meet agreed deadlines.

- A base salary between £22,300 - £ 23,500 depending on experience,
