Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer support via telephone, email, helpdesk platform, and social media channels.
* Handle technical queries from consumers regarding the setup of their smart technology remotely. Troubleshoot problems and liaise with developers and software engineers as needed.
* Monitor and ensure customer showrooms are operational and online, working with external technical support staff to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues.
* Manage and optimise the company presence on review platforms, maintaining their 5-star app store / review platform ratings through exceptional problem solving and support.
* Proactively contact consumers to support the setting up of the devices.
* Present support demonstrations.
* Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for both B2B and B2C audiences.
* Work with the team to Plan, write, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
