We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our community pub in Rugeley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of staff, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead from the Front: Take charge of all aspects of the pub, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Team Management: Find, grow, and engage a high-performing team that shares your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promoting BT sports, music events, and other initiatives.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer has a fantastic experience, from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase sales and growth, and develop plans to capitalize on them.
