We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our community pub in Rugeley. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role- Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with area managers and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives
The Stag's Leap is a newly refurbished community food pub located in the heart of Rugeley. Our pub offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, a popular community food menu, and a range of drinks options. We're looking for someone who can build on our success and drive sales growth in this exciting opportunity.
