We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at the Stags Leap in Rugeley. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and control all aspects of the pub, including inventory, stock, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the area manager and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

About the PubThe Stag's Leap is a newly refurbished community food pub located in the heart of Rugeley, with a strong wet trade and average sales of £22,000 per week. We're looking for an experienced operator with a track record of sales driving within a branded community pub environment.
Requirements- Proven experience as a General Manager or equivalent role in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service principles.
