Our client is looking to recruit an ambitious Internal Sales Executive (Construction experience would be an advantage). You will be working alongside the Sales Manager in delivering the company Sales Targets, and you will be given full product training and access to an extensive database to help you to make a fast impact in your role.
Your role will be to help drive growth of the business by answering inbound calls, taking orders, up-selling, contacting dormant clients and generating new sales prospects. A great role for someone with the drive and motivation to maximise your earnings.
Main purpose of job
* To answer incoming calls with the aim of closing the sale, taking orders and up-selling of products
* To meticulously follow up any lead, no matter how big or small
* Research the dormant customer list and make contact with the aim to secure their business
* To answer customer technical queries, where necessary
* Ensure that you have the clients up to date details, update CRM system and ensure that all notes regarding client contact are maintained, accurate and up-to-date
* To win back lost business and build good business relationships.
* Occasionally attend relevant conferences and exhibitions.
* Assist with the on-line chat platform to assist clients and take orders
You will be required to have at least 2 years internal sales experience and a passion for sales to be considered for this role. Hours of work are 7.30am - 5pm with one hour for lunch, free parking, commission which is uncapped, free food and a fun, varied team environment
