JOB RESPONSIBILITIESnThis is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Account Management team, currently consisting of 2 Customer Service Account Managers and 2 Sales Administrators who report into the Head of Account Management.
As an Customer Services Representative in our Account Management Team, you will:nEngage with clients and be their first line of communication, receiving their briefs and liaising with the Estimating and Technical departments to develop their orders to a high level of accuracy.nHave responsibility for producing additional documentation, such as pricing matrixes, to support the clients and their orders.nHave the initiative to oversee the entire order process, and duly update clients throughout their order cycle.nSupport clients through their order processes with your expert knowledge and advise customers to resolve any issues a determination to problem-solve is keynBuild strong relationships with new and existing clients, having an attentive understanding of their requirements, key contacts and what support they will need from you.nConfidently cross-reference prices for orders against price matrixes to ensure consistency.nBuild and develop your own knowledge of the print and packaging industry, and the products and services that Autajon Labels Royston offer to their clients.nBecome more skilled and influence our Continuous Improvement Culture and bring forward ideas for improved efficiencies and innovation.nLead by example and ensure excellent Health and Safety standards are adhered to at all times.
JOB REQUIREMENTSnWhat we're looking for:
