They are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join their team at their headquarters.
The Role: Our client is looking for an Internal Sales Executive to play an essential role in their expanding sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships through phone and email, driving sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be the key point of contact for customers, helping them select products that meet their needs and managing the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming sales inquiries and provide detailed information about products.
* Proactively contact existing and potential customers to generate new sales.
* Manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to order fulfillment.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support overall sales strategies and achieve targets.
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales using the company’s CRM system.
* Offer after-sales support, ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently.
* Stay informed about the company’s products to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within a B2B environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident telephone manner.
* Ability to quickly build rapport and manage customer relationships effectively.
* Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive approach and a strong focus on customer service.
