A fantastic membership association in the heart of the City of London require a highly skilled Temporary HR and Payroll Administrator who has carried out all aspects of HR admin such as end to end recruitment end, processing new starters/leavers, making payroll changes each month on the HR system by the deadline, reporting, issuing letters/contracts etc dealing with all first line queries, proactively staying on top of the workload and being able to multi task – this is a busy admin role and requires someone who is a very strong administrator and efficient.
This is an ongoing temporary role until the end of September 2024. Full time hours.
Pay rate - £21.99 per hour (PAYE) – working Monday to Friday (9.00am to 5.00pm), 35 hours per week, hybrid role (office and home based working)
Interviews asap with immediate start thereafter
Duties include:
Proactively deal with all first line queries, advising staff and managers on HR process and procedures. Signposting to appropriate policies and escalating issues to the HR & OD team if needed.
Being the first point of contact for staff on payroll queries, ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly or escalated where appropriate.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and new starter processes, supporting managers, candidates and new starters to ensure a positive and inclusive experience.
Maintain the HR database, ensuring data integrity and that records are accurate, up-to-date and regular audits are undertaken
